Wheel-barrow.

Here is a little wheel-barrow for you. You can decorate it with flowers
and it will look lovely. I have made Selections for you, so get them here.
Zip them up in your PSP Selections folder. I have added my flowers in the zip if you like to use them.

You will also need Eye Candy.

Start with a New Image 400 x 400, transp, 16 mill.
New Layer. Call it Leg.  Set Foreground to Pattern, Drift wood.

Selections, Load from disk, wheel-barrow, leg.sel.
Flood Fill with the Drift Wood pattern. Deselect. Colors, Adjust, Red/Green/Blue.

New Layer. Call it Handle1. Selections, Load from disk, handle1.sel.
Flood Fill with drift wood pattern. Deselect. Colors, Adjust, Red/Green/Blue as before.
Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast.

New Layer. Call it Wheel. Selections, Load from disk, wheel.sel.
Flood Fill with the drift wood pattern. Deselect. Eye Candy Crome, Black Latex.

Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast as before.

New Layer. Call it Spokes. Selections, Load from disk, spokes.sel.
Flood Fill with the drift wood pattern. Deselect. Eye Candy Crome, Black Latex as before.
Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast as before.

This is what you will have so far.

New Layer. Call it Wood. Selections, Load from disk, wood.sel.
Flood Fill with the drift wood pattern. Deselect.
Colors, Adjust, Red/Green/Blue as before.
Selection Tool. Make a rectangle around the wood. Click inside.
Effects, 3D, Cutout with these settings.

Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Handle2. Selections, Load from disk, handle2.sel.
Flood Fill with the drift wood pattern. Deselect.
Colors, Adjust, Red/Green/Blue as before. Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast as before.

New Layer. Call it Centre1. Selections, Load from disk, centre1.sel.
Flood Fill with black color. Deselect. Eye Candy, as before.

New Layer. Call it Centre2. Selections, Load from disk, centre2.sel.
Flood Fill with black color. Deselect. Eye Candy, Liquid metal, Roadside.

New Layer. Call it Rim. Selections, Load from disk, rim.sel.
Flood Fill with black color. Deselect. Eye Candy, Black Latex, Zebra as before.
Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast as before.

Stand on Layer Wood. Colors, Adjust, Brightness/Contrast. Set the Brightness to 15. Contrast 0.

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it wheel-barrow.

Now your wheel-barrow is done and you have the fun part left, to decorate it.
