Valentine kid.

This little kid wants to say Happy Valentine's Day to you.

You can make her by using my selections. Get them here.
Zip them up in your PSP Selections folder.
The zip also includes some accessories. Unzip them into your PSP Image folder.

Start with a New Image, 300 x 300, transp, 16 mill.
New Layer. Call it Leg1. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, leg1.sel.
Set your Tool Options, Match mode to None.

That will fill all selections with just one click.
Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Toes1. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, toes1.sel.
Flood Fill with color #C79B7B. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Leg2. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, leg2.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Toes2. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, toes2.sel.
Flood Fill with color #C79B7B. Deselect.

Layers Merge, Merge Visible. Call the Layer Legs.

New Layer. Call it Neck. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, neck.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Head. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, head.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before. Deselect.

Get the accessories you got in the zip. Look in your Layes Palette for the face.
Copy it and Paste it as a New Layer. Call the layer Face. Place it on the head
with your Mover. If you like, you can make a face of your own.

New Layer. Call it Hair1. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, hair1.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F2B668. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Hair2. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, hair2.sel.
Flood Fill with color #E79D4D. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Hair3. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, hair3.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F7C998. Deselect.

This is what you will have now.

Close layer Legs. Make sure the face is where you like it to be.
Adjust it with your Mover if needed. Layers Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Head.

New Layer. Call it Dresslace. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, dresslace.sel.
Flood Fill with white color.  Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Dress. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, dress.sel.
Flood Fill with  color #ABADD5.  Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Keep it selected.

New Layer. Call it Shadow. Airbrush2, color #585EA8. Make some shadow lines like this.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 5. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Collarlace. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, collarlace.sel.
Flood Fill with white color. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Collar. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, collar.sel.
Flood Fill with color #EBECFB. Deselect.

Get the bow you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer. Call the layer Bow.
Place it at the back of the dress with your Mover.

Get the hairbow you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Call the layer Hairbow. Place it on the hair.

Copy and Paste the hairbow as a New Layer once again. Image, Mirror.
Place the bow on the other side of the head.

Layers Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Girl.

New Layer. Call it Hand. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, hand.sel.
Flood Fill with  color #F3D0B9.  Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout the same as on Leg.

New Layer. Call it Arm. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, arm.sel.
Flood Fill with  color #ABADD5.  Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout the same as on Dress.

Close layer Girl. Layer Merge Merge Visible. Call the layer Arm.

Stand on layer Girl in your Layer Palette.

Get the heart you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer. Call the layer Heart.
Image Mirror. Place the heart under the hand.

Get the rose you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer. Call the layer Rose.
Place the rose on top of the heart.

Layers Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Girl.
Now the little girl is saved separately and you can use her in different graphics if you like.

Now to the little wagon.

New Layer. Call it String. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, string.sel.
Floodfill with color #808080. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Wagon. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, wagon.sel.
Floodfill with color #B07104. Keep it selected. New Layer. Airbrush2, color #7D4E05.
Make two horizontal lines, something like this.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 3.  Deselect.
Close Layer Girl. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Wagon.

New Layer. Call it Spokes. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, spokes.sel.
Floodfill with color #C0C0C0. Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Tire. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, tire.sel.
Floodfill with color #C0C0C0. Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel as before. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Centre. Selections, Load from disk, valentinekid, centre.sel.
Floodfill with color #C0C0C0. Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel, Bead. Deselect.

Close Layers Girl and Wagon. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Wheel.
Duplicate the wheel and put the other wheel on the wagon.

Stand on layer Girl in your Layer Palette. Get the heart you got in the zip.
Copy and Paste it as a New Layer. Place it into the wagon.

Duplicate the heart. Image, Mirror. Place it into the wagon.

Get the envelopes you got in the zip. Copy and Paste them as a New Layer.
Place them into the wagon also. Make sure the text on the envelopes are visible.

Close layer Girl. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Wagon.

Now you have the girl and the wagon separately, when you will use them together, take
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible.
