Stamp.

It has become so popular with those little collectable stamps on the net now.
Here is a quick description on how to make a stamp.
I'm sure there are several ways of doing the stamps and this is my way.

If you would like to make my stamp-holder you can go here.

Get the Line , SmallDashed1 here, if you don't have it. Zip it up in your PSP, Styled Lines folder.

Start with a new Image, 38 x 45, transp, 16 mill. Flood Fill this layer with a black color.
Call the layer Background.

New Layer. Call it Frame. Draw, Single line 2. Linestyle: Small Dashed1. Color: white.
Draw a line at your right side. Make sure the white strip looks like this.

Duplicate this layer. Image, Mirror.
Duplicate. Image, Rotate, Right 90º. Drag it into place with your Mover
and place the line at the top of your picture.

Duplicate. Image, Flip.

Close Layer Background. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Frame.
Save the stamp like this, with the two layers.
Now you can change color on your background whenever you like
and copy and paste your small picture into the stamp.
Put the text on a separate layer on top.

You could preferably use a little darker color on your background,
just to let the teeth on the stamp show better.

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible when you have put a picture inside the stamp.
Copy it and Paste it as a new Image. Go back to your first stamp and take Undo.
That way you can use the stamp over and over again.
