Start with the
Image you want some snow on. Don't make the picture too big,
You will also use the snow Image. Get it here and zip it up in your PSP Image folder. Select a color to your frame. Put it as a Background color. I chose #373A59. Open both the snow image and the
snowman image on to your workspace.
Drag it upwards until you
can see Image, Add borders. On the first pop-up you answer Yes. Border settings like this.
Copy and Paste as a New
Image. Save the New Image as Snowman2. Go back to your first image. Undo the merging.

Grab
a the same snowflake as before with your Mover and drag it down just a
little.
Image, Add borders. On the Pop-up you answer Yes. Border settings like
before. Go back to your first image. Undo the merging. ---------------------

before. Go back to your first image. Undo the merging. --------------------- Do this until the snowflake you grabbed is at the bottom of the image. I did it 15 times. Look in your Layer Palette on Image
Snowman2. All layers (glasses) must be open. Open Animation Shop. File, Open. Find
your Snowman2.
Animations, Frame Properties. Display time set to 28. Check your animation how it looks.
View, Animation or If you want to change anything do so. Save and you are done.
