Santas in basket.

For you, I have made all the selections you'll  need.
Get them here and zip them up in your PSP, Selections folder.
The zip also includes a woodpattern, knitpattern, tassel, weave, bow, heart and face1 and 2 .
Put the wood- an knitpattern in your PSP Patterns folder, the tassel in your PSP Shapes Folder
and all the others in your PSP Image folder.

You will also need filter Eye Candy.

Start with a New Image, 350 x 400, transp, 16 mill.
New Layer. Call it Basket. Selections, Load from disk, santas_in_basket, basket.sel.
Flood Fill with color #EFCCA2. Deselect.

If you like the weave of the basket to be diagonal, like mine, get the weave you got in the zip.
Copy and Paste it on top of Layer Basket.

If you like the weave with just ordinary squares make these settings.
Eye Candy, Weave as below.

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Basket1.

Selections, Select all. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Cap1. Selections, Load from disk, santas_in_basket, cap1.sel.
Flood Fill with the red pattern, lo_knit2, you got in the zip. Use angle 22.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New  Layer. Call it Head1. Preset Shapes, Button 027.

Make the head 78 x 78. Keep Shift down while you drag.
That makes the head perfectly round.
Drag Layer Head under Layer Cap1 in your Layers Palette.

Get face1 you got in the zip. Copy and Paste as a New Layer. Call it Face.
Place it on the head.

New Layer. Call it Caprim1. Selections, Load from disk, santas_in_basket, caprim1.sel.
Flood Fill with the red pattern, lo_knit1, you got in the zip. Use angle 22.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before, but change Opacity to 100. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Tassel. Preset Shapes, lo_tassel. Foreground color #BA1238,
Background color #DC2749. Make the tassel 70 x 60. Place it on top of the cap.

Close Layer Basket1. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Santa1.

New Layer. Call it Cap2. Selections, Load from disk, santas_in_basket, cap2.sel.
Flood Fill with the red pattern, lo_knit1, you got in the zip. Use angle 332.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before.

New Layer. Call it Caprim2. Selections, Load from disk, santas_in_basket, caprim2.sel.
Flood Fill with The red pattern, lo_knit1, you got in the zip. Use angle 332.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before, but change Vertical to 9.

New Layer. Call it Tassel. Preset Shapes, lo_tassel. Foreground color #BA1238,
Background color #DC2749. Make the tassel 70 x 60. Place it on top of the cap.

New  Layer. Call it Head2. Preset Shapes, Button 027, the same as before.
Make the head 78 x 78. Drag this layer under Layer Caprim2 in your Layers Palette.

Get face2 you got in the zip. Copy and Paste as a New Layer. Call it Face.
Place it on the head.

Close Layers, Basket1 and Santa1. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Santa2.

Stand on Layer Basket1. New Layer. Call it Basket2.
Selections, Load from disk, santas_in_basket, basket2.sel. Flood Fill with lo_wood pattern.
Selections, Float, Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Tassel1. Preset Shapes, lo_tassel. Foreground color #BA1238,
Background color #DC2749. Make the tassel 95 x 75. Place it infront of the head of Santa1.

New Layer. Call it Tassel2. Preset Shapes, lo_tassel. Foreground color #153B89,
Background color #1652CC. Make the tassel 95 x 75. Place it infront of the head of Santa2.

New Layer. Call it Basket2. Selections, Load from disk, santas_in_basket, basket2.sel.
Flood Fill with lo_wood pattern, angle 90. Selections, Float, Effects, 3D, Cutout as before.

Get the heart you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer. Call it Heart.
Place it under the handle. Drag this layer under Layer Handle in your Layers Palette.

Stand on Layer Handle. Get the bow you got in the zip.
Copy and Paste it as a New Layer. Call it Bow. Place it on Basket2.

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. That was all.
