Christmas presents on delivery!

Get my Selections here. Zip them up in your PSP Selection folder.
The zip also includes some accessories. Zip them up in your PSP Image folder.

Start with a New Image, 400 x 400, transp, 16 mill.
New Layer. Call it Bag. Selections, Load from disk, santaonbike, bag.sel.
Flood Fill with color #1B3459. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

On the same Layer. Selections, Load from disk, santaonbike, stars.sel.
Flood Fill with color #FDE039. Set Match mode to None, in your
Tool Options Palette and you will fill all stars with just one click.

Get the bow you got in the zip. Copy and Paste as a New Layer. Put it on the bag.

Get the toys you got in the zip. Copy and Paste as a New Layer. Put them on the bag.
Drag this layer under Layer Bag in your Layer Palette. Adjust with your Mover.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Bag.

New Layer. Call it Stocking1. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, stocking1.sel. Flood Fill with color #808080.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

  Deselect. Drag this layer under Layer Bag in your Layer Palette.

New Layer. Call it Woodenshoe1. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, woodenshoe1.sel. Flood Fill with color #FCC54E.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Leg1. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, leg1.sel. Flood Fill with color #812519.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Get the weel you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Place it under the bag. Drag this layer under Layer Bag in your Layer Palette.

Stand on Layer Bag in your Layer Palette. Get the bike you got in the zip.
Copy and Paste it as a New Layer. Place it infront of the bag.
Close Layer Bag for a moment, while you put the bike parts together.
Place the parts like this.

Now you can make the bag visible again.

Stand on Layer Bike. New Layer. Call it Stocking2. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, stocking2.sel. Flood Fill with color #808080.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout the same as on Stocking1.

New Layer. Call it Woodenshoe2. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, woodenshoe2.sel. Flood Fill with color #FCC54E.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as on Woodenshoe1. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Leg2. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, leg2.sel. Flood Fill with color #9E3628.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as on Leg1. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Mitten1. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, mitten1.sel. Flood Fill with color #1E7B09.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

 Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Arm1. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, arm1.sel. Flood Fill with color #BF3523.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

 Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Head. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, head.sel. Flood Fill with color #DCB192.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Keep it selected. New Layer. Airbrush 3, color  #F78E83.
Make some red on the cheek.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 6. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Nose. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, nose.sel. Flood Fill with color #DAA094.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Get the eye you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Call the layer Eye. Place it on the head. Rather close to the nose.

New Layer. Call it Coat. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, coat.sel. Flood Fill with color #BF3523.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Close layers, Stocking1, Woodenshoe1, Leg1, Wheel, Bag and Bike.
Layers Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Body.

Layers, View all. This is what you will have now.

New Layer. Call it Tassel. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, tassel.sel. Flood Fill with color #BA3928.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Cap. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, cap.sel. Flood Fill with color #BA3928.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before, but set Opacity to 70. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Brim. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, brim.sel. Flood Fill with white color. Effects, Texture, Fur as below.

Retouch Tool. Smudge. Settings as below.

Smudge the outer edges with fine, small strokes.

Effects, Sharpen once.

New Layer. Call it Beard. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, beard.sel. Flood Fill with white color. Effects, Texture, Fur as before.
Deselect. Retouch Tool. Smudge. Settings as before.
Smudge the edges with fine strokes.

Effects, Sharpen once.

New Layer. Call it Moustache. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, moustache.sel. Flood Fill with white color.
Effects, Texture, Fur as below.

Deselect. Retouch Tool. Smudge. Settings as before.
Smudge the edges with fine strokes.
If you want to do some more smudging on the moustache or beard, do so now.

Get the handle you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Call the layer Handle. Make it fit to the bike. Drag it with your Mover.

New Layer. Call it Mitten2. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, mitten2.sel. Flood Fill with color #1E7B09.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout the same as on Mitten1.

New Layer. Call it Arm2. Selections, Load from disk,
santaonbike, arm2.sel. Flood Fill with color #D7412D.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as on Arm1.

Have a look at your picture. If you want to change anything, do so now.

When it looks all right with you, Layers, Merge, Merge Visible.
