Do you like to make a frame for a kid?
Get my Selections
here and zip them up in
your PSP Selections Folder.
The zip also includes the bows. Zip them up in your PSP Image folder.
Start with a New Image, 300 x 360, transp,
16 mill.
New Layer. Call it Ellipse1. Selections, Load from disk, safetypinframe,
ellipse1.sel.
Flood fill with color #C0C0C0. Effects, Texture, Sculpture. Choose texture,
Plastic3. 
Make these settings and you will have a metallic look.
Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Hinge. Selections, Load from disk,
safetypinframe, hinge.sel.
Flood fill with color #C0C0C0. Effects, Texture, Sculpture, Plastic3 as before. Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Clasps. Selections, Load from disk,
safetypinframe, clasps.sel.
Flood fill with the color of your choice. I used color #94B9DE for the boy
and color #F2B0C7 for the girl. Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel as below.
Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Ellipse2. Selections, Load from disk,
safetypinframe, ellipse2.sel.
Flood fill with color #C0C0C0. Effects, Texture, Sculpture, Plastic3. Settings
as before. Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Lock. Selections, Load from disk,
safetypinframe, lock.sel.
Flood fill with color #C0C0C0. Effects, Texture, Sculpture, Plastic3. Settings
as before. Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Text. Choose a color for
the text. Write the name and birthdate of your kid.
Place it on the right clasp.
Now you have to get a photo of your child. It has to be 90x90 to fit in the
frame.
Use Selection Tool, Circle. Antialias checked. Make sure the circle surrounds
the face.
Have a look at the lover part of your screen and you will see the size of the
circle. 
Selections, Invert. Delete. Deselect and you will have a round photo.
Copy the photo and Paste it as a New Layer. Call the layer Photo.
Drag this layer under layer Ellipse2 in your Layer Palette. Put it in place it
with your Mover.
Get the bow you got in the zip. Look in the
Layers Palett for the color you want.
Copy and Paste it as a New Layer. Call the Layer Bow. Place it to your liking.
Make sure the bow layer is on top in your Layer Palette. Drag it there if it
isn't.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible and you are done.
