This girl is made of a flower-pot. You can make her in different appearances,
different colors of her hair and different patterns on the pot.
This is just a suggestion from me.

 You will need my Preset Shape, tassel. Get it here. Save it in your Preset Shapes folder.
But you can also use Line Tool, Freehand 2, in two different red colors.
Get the rope tube here. Put it in your Tubes folder.
 You also have to make some Vector nodes.

Save it to your PSP, Image folder.

Save often.

Start with a new Image 250 x 400, transparent.

New Layer. Preset Shapes, rounded rectangle, brown color.

Make the pot 110 x 110.
Deformation Tool. Keep Ctrl down while you push the marked node inwards.

Selection Tool. Make a rectangle around the pot. Click inside it.

Effects, Cutout, settings as below.

Here is the result.

New Layer. Preset Shapes, rounded rectangle, brown color. Make it 110 x 26.
Put it at the bottom of the pot.
Selection Tool. Make a rectangle around the pot.
Click inside it.
Effects, Cutout, the same settings as before.

Merge Visible. Call the Layer Pot.

Now to the face.

New Layer. Call it Face. Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Color #FAE1D4 on both Fore- and Background.

Make the circle 90 x 90. Keep Shift down while you make the circle.

Selection Tool. Make a rectangle around the face. Click inside it.
New Layer. Airbrush 8, red color. make two red spots on the cheeks.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 12. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Eye1. Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Color black on both Fore- and Background.
Make an ellipse 5 x 12. Effects, Inner Bevel, Round.
Duplicate that Layer. Call it Eye2 and put the other eye in place.

New Layer. Call it Eyebrow1. Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Color black on both Fore- and Background.
Retain Style checked. Make a circle 8 x 8. Selection Tool, Rectangle.
Cut off more than half of the circle.

Duplicate and put the other eyebrow in place. Call that Layer Eyebrow2.

New Layer. Call it Nose. Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Color #F7AC8F on both Fore- and Background.
Make sure you unmark Retain Style. Make the nose 9 x 5. Put it in place.

New Layer. Call it Mouth. Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Color red on Foreground.
Background is closed. Make the ellipse 9 x 13. Line width 2.
Selection Tool, Rectangle. Cut off the upper part a bit.

When you are satisfied with the face, Close Pot Layer and Merge Visible to all other layers. Call it Face.

Now to the hair.

New Layer. Call it Hair. Decide what color you want.
I chose orange on both Fore- and Background. Draw, as below.

Make a vertical line 110 long. Effects, Geometric, Wave,  with following settings.

This way, you will have a curly hair.
Duplicate that layer and use Deformation Tool to turn it a little.
Duplicate that layer also and turn it a little more.

Close Pot and Face Layer. Merge Visible to the hair layers. Call it Hair.

Put the hair in place.

Eye Candy, Fur, Long and Wavy.

Duplicate, Mirror and put the hair on the other side of the face.

New Layer. Single Line 7 as before. Make a line 75 long.
Effects, Geometric, Wave, as before. Duplicate it three times.

Close all other Layers but those three. Merge Visible to them.
Image; Rotate, Right 90º.
Eye Candy, Fur, Long and Wavy.

If you like your girl to have thicker hair,
you can duplicate the hair Layers and take Blur on the bottom hair-Layer.
Close Pot and Face Layer and Merge Visible to all hair Layers. Call the Layer Hair.
If you think that the hair is too wide on different places,
you can cut off redundant hair with Freehand Tool.

New Layer. Call it Scarf1. Airbrush8. The color of your choise. I used red.

Draw like this. Eraser. Take away some parts at the end and you will have fringes.

New Layer. Call it Scarf2. Dark red color. Make the other end of the scarf.
Drag that Layer in your Layers Palette, under Scarf1.

Close Pot, Face and Hair Layer. Merge Visible to Scarf Layers. Call it Scarf.
Drag that Layer under Hair Layer.

Stand on Hair Layer. New Layer. Call it Cap.
Preset Shapes, Ellipse, Create as Vector, Antialias checked.
Red color on both Fore- and Background.
Make a circle 90 x 70.

Object Selector, Node Edit. Keep Ctrl down while you add some nodes like I did.

Right click outside of the cap and Quit Node Editing. Left click outside of the cap.
Right click in your Layers Palette and Convert to Raster Layer. Call the Layer Cap.

New Layer. Call it Tassel. Preset Shapes, Tassel. Line width 1.
Uncheck
create as Vector. Foreground color, dark red. Background color bright red.
Make it 80 x 83. Keep Shift down while you drag.

She looks like this now.

Close Pot Layer and Scarf Layer. Merge Visible to the rest. Call it Head.

New Layer. Call it Arm1. Tube, Rope 40. Make it like this.

New Layer. Call it Mitten. Take a color of your choise. I chose red. Darker red on Foreground.
Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Make an ellipse 30 x 20.
New Layer. Preset Shapes, Rounded rectangle. Make it 20 x 15. Effects, Texture, Blinds.

New Layer. Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Make it 8 x 15.
Put the thumb in place. Use Deformation Tool and turn the thumb a little.

Close Pot, Scarf and Head. Merge Visible. Call it Arm1.
Duplicate. Call it Arm2. Image, Mirror. Put the arm in place.

New Layer. Call it Leg1. Tube, Rope 40.
Make a leg. Drag that Layer to the bottom of the Layer Palette.

 Copy the shoe and paste it as a new  Layer. Call it WoodenShoe1.
Close all other Layer but Leg1 and Wooden Shoe1.
Merge Visible. Call it Leg1.

New Layer. Call it Leg2. Tube, Rope 40.
Make a leg. Drag that Layer to the bottom of the Layer Palette.

Copy the shoe and paste it as a new  Layer. Call it WoodenShoe2.
Close all other Layer but Leg2 and Wooden Shoe2.
Merge Visible. Call it Leg2.

Now to the decoration of the pot. I used Preset Shapes, Stars and Dots.

Stand on Layer Pot. New Layer. Put each of your your decoration on new Layers,
so you can move them around to see where they will look the best.
When you are done with that, Merge Visible to all Layers and save.
