Do you need a little pixelrabbit? Here is one for you.
Start with a New Image, 75 x 105, transp, 16 mill.
I have used these colors. Right click and
save to your Image Folder.
Put this picture up on your workspace. Use the Dropper and get the color you
want.
New Layer. Zoom your Image to 6 x 1. Airbrush1. Shape: square.
We will start with half the head.
When you are done with this half,
rightclick in your Layers Palette, Duplicate. Image, Mirror.
Put the two halves together. Be sure they fit exactly. Layers, Merge, Merge
Visible.
Now, keep on with the body parts.
As your work proceedes, you might discover
that your canvas is to small. Maybee you have started
too far aside. It is easy to correct. Go to Image, Canvas size and increase it.
Once you have drawn the outlines in their
right colors, I suggest you save it like this.
You can use the Image to make rabbits in different colors now.
Or you can finish the rabbit and take Colorize later.
If you want to make a new copy, use Shift + D, or you can continue as it is. Your choice.
When you have made the body, Layers, Merge, Merge Visible.
Magic Wand. Click inside the head. Flood
Fill with color #F2F2EA. Selections, Float.
Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.
Deselect.
Magic Wand. Click inside the body.
Flood Fill with color #D0D0C8. Selections, Float.
Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.
Deselect.
Magic Wand. Click inside the
frontlegs. Flood Fill with color #F2F2EA. Selections, Float.
Effects, 3D, Cutout the same as on the head, but increase Blur to 7,5. Deselect.
Magic Wand. Click inside both ears.
Flood Fill with color #F2F2EA. Selections, Float.
Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.
Deselect.
Magic Wand. Click inside both
backlegs. Flood Fill with color #F2F2EA. Selections, Float.
Effects, 3D, Cutout as on body, but increase Blur to 10. Deselect.
Magic Wand. Click inside the tail.
Flood Fill with white color. Selections, Float.
Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.
Deselect.
Now your rabbit is ready to hop away on some adventures.
Try making rabbits in different colors. Maybee they will look like my little ones?
