Pixel Santa.

This little santa goes very quick to do, since I give you the outlines here.
Zip them up in your PSP Image folder.

Flood fill trousers, coat and hat with red color. I used #E52101.
Flood fill the boots and mittens with black color.
Flood fill the white areas with white color, but fill the beared with color #EBE7E7.
Flood fill the face with color #DCB192.

Magic Wand. Click on all red fillings while you keep Shift down.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click on all white fillings, while you keep Shift down.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click on the boots and mittens, while you keep Shift down.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click on the beard.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.
Effects, Sharpen once.
