Pansyleaves.

Stand on Layer Flower.
New Layer. Call it Stalks. Selections, Load from disk, stalks.sel.
Fill with color, #578408. Drag this layer to the bottom in your Layer Palette.
Selection Tool. Make a rectangle around the stalk. Click inside it. Leave it selected.
New Layer. Make some marks with color #80A10D with Airbrush 1, like I did.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 4. Deselect.
New Layer. Make some lines, like I did, with Airbrush 1 color #066E06.

Smudge. Same settings as before. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Stalks. Close the layer.

New Layer.Call it Leaves. Selections, Load from disk, leaves.sel.
Fill with color #578408. Do NOT deselect.

New Layer. Make some lines with color #80A10D on the leaves.

Blur, Gaussian Blur 3. Deselect.
New Layer. Make the veins on the leaves with color #066E06.

Retouch, Soften on all veins. Size 1, Opacity 40. Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Leaves. Close the Layer.

Stand on Layer Stalks. New Layer. Call it Bulbs. Selections, Load from disk, bulbs.sel.
Fil with color #F19144. New Layer, Take some black color on the top of the bulbs and Smudge a little.
Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Bulbs. Drag layer Bulbs under Layer Stalks.

Stand on Layer Stalks. Selection Tool. Make a rectangle around the stalks. Click inside it.
Effects, Cutout.

Close the layer.

Stand on Layer Leaves. Selection Tool. Make a rectangle around the stalks. Click inside it.
Effects, Cutout. Color: Medium gray.

Layers, View, All. Watch your picture closely. If you feel like changing anything, do so now.
You vill have the Layers like this.

If you are satisfied, Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Save.

That was all. Now you know how to make a pansy.
Make them in different colors. You can get pansies in lot of shades.
So use your favourite colors and put the flowers in a vase.
