Mr and Mrs Claus.

A kiss at Christmas time.

I have outlines for Mr and Mrs Claus here. Zip them up in your PSP Image folder.

New Image, 120 x 90, transp, 16 mill.
Get the outlines you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Place the outlines in the middle of your canvas.

Magic Wand. Set Tolerance to 4. Click inside the boots. Keep Shift down
while you select.  Set Match Mode to None
and you will fill all selections with just one click.

Flood fill with black color. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside Santas belt. Flood fill with black color.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before, but change Opacity to 61. Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside Santas trousers, coat (not the arm), cap
and Mrs Santas dress. Flood Fill with color #A8200A.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside Santas and Mrs Santas sleeves. Flood Fill with color #B42008.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before. Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside Santas and Mrs Santas faces. Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Retouch Tool, Smudge as below.

Smudge the edges of the cheeks a little.

Magic Wand. Click inside Santas and Mrs Santas hands. Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as on the faces, but change color to #B66F3A. Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside Santas tassel, rim of the coat, rim of sleeve, rim of cap.
Select also Mrs Santas rim of dress, rim of sleeve and collar. Flood Fill with color #E8E8EA. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside Santas beard. Flood Fill with color #D4D4D6.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside Mrs. Claus hair. Flood Fill with color #BEBBC1.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Keep it selected. New Layer. Airbrush1. Make some dots and lines here and there
on the hair, with different grey shades. You can use the colors you like. I did the hair like this.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside the bow. Flood Fill with color #417319.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Magic Wand. Click inside the buttons. Flood Fill with color #417319.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before. Deselect.

New Layer. Airbrush1, white color. Make some white lines on the beard

and some white highlight on the white fur (rims).

Have a look at your picture. If you want to change anything, do so now.
When you are satisfied with what you see,
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible and you are done.
