In the dark of December 13, Lucia brightens up the night.
She treets you coffee and saffron-buns.

Get the selections here. Zip them up in your PSP Selections folder.
The zip also includes some accessories for Lucia.
Zip them up in your PSP Image folder.

Start with a New Image, 400 x 400, transp, 16 mill.
New Layer. Call it Neck. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, neck.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F0C5A8. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Head. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, head.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

Get the face you got in the zip. Copy and Paste as a New Layer.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Head.

New Layer. Call it Hand1. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, hand1.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before.

New Layer. Call it Sleeve1. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, sleeve1.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F4F0E8. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Dress. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, dress.sel.
Set Foreground color to#F6F4F0 and Background color to white.
Go to your Texture box. Set your Foreground to Texture.

Use texture Crumpled Paper.

Flood Fill at first with your right mousebutton
then with your left mousebutton. Now you will have a texture to the dress.
Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Lines. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, lines.sel.
Close the Texture box and set Foreground color to #D9D9D3.
Flood Fill the lines. Deselect. Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur set to 2,50.

New Layer. Call it Ruffle. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, ruffle.sel.
Flood Fill with white color. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Wrinkles. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, wrinkles.sel.
Flood Fill with color #ECECE6. Deselect.

Get the red belt you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer;
Call it Belt. Place it on Lucias waist.

New Layer. Call it Hand2. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, hand2.sel.
Flood Fill with color #F3D0B9. Selections, Float.
Effects, 3D, Cutout the same as on Hand1. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Sleeve2. Selections, Load from disk, lucia04, sleeve2.sel.
Flood Fill with color #FBFAF8. Selections, Float.
Effects, 3D, Cutout the same as on Sleeve1. Deselect.

Get the hair you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Call the layer Hair. Place it on the head.

Get the candles you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Call the layer Candles. Place it on the hair.

Get the buns you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Call the layer Buns. Place it on Hand1.

Get the coffeepot you got in the zip. Copy and Paste it as a New Layer.
Call it Coffeepot. Place it on Hand2. Drag this layer, in your Layer Palette
under layer Hand2.

Stand on layer Belt. Effects, 3D, Drop Shadow as below.

Look through your picture. Is there anything you like to change, do so now.

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible and you are done.
