Lamb.

This ia a cute little lamb, isn't it? He is rather easy to make also.

I will give you my Selections here. Zip them up in your PSP Selection, folder.
You will also need Eye Candy.

Start with a New Image 300 x 300, transp, 16 mill.
New Layer, call it Leg1. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, leg1.sel
Flood fill with color ##F4EDDD.  Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the leg. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, Swirl, with these settings.



Deselect.
 
New Layer, call it Leg2. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, leg2.sel
Flood fill with the same color.  Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the leg. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, the same settings. Deselect.

New Layer, call it Leg3. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, leg3.sel
Flood fill with the same color.   Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the leg. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, the same settings. Deselect.

New Layer, call it Leg4. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, leg4.sel
Flood fill with the same color.   Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the leg. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, the same settings. Deselect.

This is what you will have now.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the Layer Legs.

New Layer, call it Body. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, body.sel 
Flood fill with color #F4EDDD.  Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the leg. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, Swirl, with the same settings. Deselect.
Retouch Tool, Smudge with these settings.

Now you have to take very fine little strokes, from the inside to the outside.
Do it carefully and you will have a fine result.
Look at my picture and make it like that. I have put the picture on a blue background
so you can see better what I have done.

New Layer, call it Tail. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, tail.sel
Flood fill with color #FDFDFB.   Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the tail. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, the same settings. Deselect.
The same settings for Smudge.

Close Layer Legs. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Body.

New Layer, call it Ear1. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, ear1.sel 
Flood fill with color #F4EDDD. Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the ear. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, the same settings. Deselect. No smudging on the ears.
 
New Layer, call it Head. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, head.sel
Flood fill with color#FDFDFB. Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the head. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, the same settings. Deselect.
Smudge, with the same settings.
Do some more smudging on top of the head and a little less on the nose part.

New Layer, call it Ear2. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, ear2.sel
Flood fill with the same color you had on Ear1. Selection Tool.
Make a rectangle around the ear. Click inside it.
Eye Candy, the same settings. Deselect. No smudging.

Close Layer Body and Legs. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Head.

You will now have the Layers in this order in your Layer Palette, starting from the bottom.
Layer Legs, Body and Head.

New Layer. Call it Nose. Selections, Load from disk, lamb, nose.sel  
Flood fill with black color. Deselect.

New Layer. Call it Eye. Preset Shapes, ellipse, color black on both Fore- and Background.
Make an ellipse 12 x 10. Deformation Tool. Turn the eye and put it in place like this.
Effects, 3D, Inner Bevel, Round.
 

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible and you are done. Bravo!

After your good work, your lamb might look like my lamb.
Just remember, the lamb looks best on a coloured background.
