Candy bucket.

Get the candy and leaf here.
Zip them up in your PSP Image folder.

Start with a new Image 200x200, transp, 16 mill.
Preset Shapes, Rounded rectangle. Foreground color  #0F1F2E
and Background color #3B4855.
Make a rectangle 120x90. Place it at the bottom of your Image.
Selections, Select all. Selections, Float. Keep it selected.

New Layer. Foreground color #5A82B2. Airbrush size 30. Make a line vertically
on the bucket as on picture below.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 12. Deselect. 

Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Bucket.

New Layer. Call it Handle. Foreground black color. Background closed.
Preset Shapes, Ellipse, size 3. Antialias checked. Make an ellipse 110x125.
Selection tool, Rectangle. Mark the lower part that you will remove.

Delete.

New Layer. Preset Shapes, Ellipse, size 3. Antialias checked. Make an ellipse 13x20.
Place it on the lower part of the handle. Freehand tool, Antialias checked.
Mark the upper part that you will remove.

Delete. Now you have a hook. Duplicate. Image, Mirror. Place it at the other end of the handle.
Close Layer Bucket. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Handle.

Selections, Select all. Selections, Float. Keep it selected.
New Layer. Airbrush2. Color #5A82B2. Paint some blue, like I did.

Gaussian Blur 2. Deselect. Close Layer Bucket.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Handle.

New Layer. Preset Shapes, Rounded rectangle. Line width 1. Antialias checked.
Foreground color #213049, Background color #33495D.
Make a rectangle vertically 135x8. Place it on top of the bucket.

Selections, Select all. Selections, Float. Keep it selected.
New Layer. Airbrush2. Color #5A82B2. Paint some blue.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 5. Deselect.
Close layers Bucket and Handle.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call the layer Rim.

New Layer. Fore- and Background color #333941.
Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Make an ellipse 8x23.
New Layer. The same colors. Make another ellipse size 10x15.
Place these two together like this.

Close layers Bucket, Handle and Rim. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Mounting.
Duplicate. Image, Mirror. Place it on the other side of the Rim.

Close layers Bucket, Handle and Rim. Layers, Merge, Merge visible. Call it Mounting.
Selections, Select all. Selections, Float. Keep it selected.
New Layer. Airbrush2. Color #5A82B2. Paint some blue.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 2. Deselect.
Close layers Bucket, Handle and Rim. Layers, Merge, Merge visible. Call it Mounting.

Stand on Layer Rim. Effects, 3D, Drop Shadow as below.

Layers, Merge, Merge visible. Call the layer Bucket.

Get the leaf you got in the zip. Copy and paste it as a New Layer. Call the layer Leaf.
Place the leaf on the handle on top to the left.

New Layer. Foreground color #C1030F. Background closed.
Draw tool. Bezier Curve. Settings as below.

Make three clicks in a triangle shape and you will have a loop for the bow.

Selections, Select all. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as below.

Duplicate. Image, Mirror. Place the two loops together on the handle at the top.

New Layer. Draw, Single Line, size 6. Make a straight line, 0x55, vertically.
Effects, Geometric, Wave as below.

Selections, Select all. Selections, Float. Effects, 3D, Cutout as before.
Place the band on the handle. Duplicate. Image, Mirror. Put the them together.
Turn them with Deformation tool if you like.

New Layer. Preset Shapes, Ellipse. Foreground color #790515. Background color #B30419.
Make a circle (barry) 7x7. Duplicate 3 times. Put them together on top of the bow.

Close Layers Bucket and Leaf. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Bow.

Copy the candy you got in the zip and paste them as a New Layers.
You can place one lollipop infront of the handle like this. Selection tool.
Mark the stick that you will remove. Delete.

All other candy you will have to place behind the bucket.
Layers, Arrange, Send to bottom, or drag the layers to the bottom in your Layers Palette.
Arrange the candy to your liking.

Now all the candy in the bucket are ready to be tasted.
