Get my Selections here and zip them up in your PSP Selections Folder.
Start with a New Image, 400 x 400, transp,
16 mill.
New Layer. Call it Stalk. Selections, Load from disk, anemone2, stalk.sel.
Flood Fill with color #618145. Effects, Texture, Fine Leather. Settings like
these.

Deselect.
Now, let's load all the petals and Flood Fill with the right colors.
New Layer. Call it Petal1. Selections, Load from disk,
petal1.sel.
Flood Fill with color #3C18B0.
New Layer. Call it Petal2. Selections, Load from disk,
petal2.sel.
Flood Fill with color #5A38C8. Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Petal3. Selections, Load from disk,
petal3.sel.
Flood Fill with color #6B4AD6. Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Petal4. Selections, Load from disk,
petal4.sel.
Flood Fill with color #5130BC. Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Petal5. Selections, Load from disk,
petal5.sel.
Flood Fill with color #3C12C3. Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Petal6. Selections, Load from disk,
petal6.sel.
Flood Fill with color #350EB4. Deselect.
New Layer. Call it Petal7. Selections, Load from disk,
petal7.sel.
Flood Fill with color #401FAB. Deselect.
This is what you will have now.

Stand on Petal1. Selection Tool, Rectangle.
Make a rectangle around the petal. Click inside.
New Layer. Airbrush 3. Color #3F2785. Make some lines on the petal like this.

Change to color #5227DD and make some other lines like this.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 6. Keep it still selected. Retouch Tool, Smudge.

Make fine little strokes towards the centre.

Close all layers except this layer and
Layer Petal1.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Petal1.
Deselect.
Stand on Petal2. Selection Tool, Rectangle.
Make a rectangle around the petal. Click inside.
New Layer. Airbrush 3. Color #3F2785 and color #5227DD, the same as you used
before.
Use one color on Foreground and the other one on Background. That makes it a bit
quicker to paint.
Make some lines on the petal like this.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 6. Keep it
still selected. Retouch Tool, Smudge.
The same settings as before. Make strokes against the centre.

Close all layers except this layer and
Layer Petal2.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Petal2.
Deselect.
Stand on Petal3. Selection Tool, Rectangle.
Make a rectangle around the petal. Click inside.
New Layer. Airbrush 3. Colors #8667E9 and#3F2785. Put on some paint
like this.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 6. Keep it still selected. Retouch Tool, Smudge.
The same settings as before. Make strokes against the centre.
Close all layers except this layer and
Layer Petal3.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Petal3.
Deselect.
Stand on Petal4. Selection Tool, Rectangle.
Make a rectangle around the petal. Click inside.
New Layer. Airbrush 3. Colors the same as you used before. Put on some paint
like this.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 6. Keep it
still selected. Retouch Tool, Smudge.
The same settings as before. Make strokes against the centre.

Close all layers except this layer and
Layer Petal4.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Petal4.
Deselect.
Stand on Petal5. Selection Tool, Rectangle.
Make a rectangle around the petal. Click inside.
New Layer. Airbrush 3. Colors the same as you used before. Put on some paint
like this.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 6. Keep it
still selected. Retouch Tool, Smudge.
The same settings as before. Make strokes against the centre.

Close all layers except this layer and
Layer Petal5.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Petal5.
Deselect.
Stand on Petal6. Selection Tool, Rectangle.
Make a rectangle around the petal. Click inside.
New Layer. Airbrush 3. Colors the same as you used before. Put on some paint
like this.

still selected. Retouch Tool, Smudge.
The same settings as before. Make strokes against the centre.

Close all layers except this layer and
Layer Petal6.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Petal6.
Deselect.
Stand on Petal7. Selection Tool, Rectangle.
Make a rectangle around the petal. Click inside.
New Layer. Airbrush 3. Colors the same as you used before. Put on some paint
like this.

Effects, Blur, Gaussian Blur 6. Keep it
still selected. Retouch Tool, Smudge.
The same settings as before. Make strokes against the centre.

Close all layers except this layer and
Layer Petal7.
Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Petal7.
Deselect.
Make all layers Visible.
This is how your flower might look now.

Now is your chance to use a little more
Smudge, if you are not satisfied with the looks.
Stand on the layer you want to change and take some more Smudge there.
Stand on Layer Petal1. Selection Tool. Make
a rectangle around the petal. Click inside.
Effects, 3D, Cutout, with these settings.

Deselect.
Take the same Cutout on each petal-layers.
Stand on Layer Petal6. New Layer. Call it
Centre. Selections, Load from disk,
centre.sel.
Flood Fill with color #5B5757. Effects, Texture, Fine Leather as below.

Deselect.
New Layer, Call it Dots. Airbrush 4, Round. Black color
and darkgrey color.
Make some dots with those two colors around the pistil, like this.

This is your flower so far.

Close Layer Stalk and Dots. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Flower.
We also need some leaves. Stand on Layer
Stalk. New Layer. Call it Leaf1.
Selections, Load from disk,
leaf1.sel.
Flood Fill with color #425805. New Layer.
Make some lines with color #5C7B09 and Airbrush1.

Use Retouch Tool, Smudge. The same settings as before and smudge the lines a bit.

Deselect. Close all other layers. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Leaf1.
New Layer. Call it Leaf2. Selections, Load from disk,
leaf2.sel.
Flood Fill with color #425805. New Layer. Make some lines with color #5C7B09 and
Airbrush1.

Retouch Tool, Smudge. The same settings as before and smudge the lines a bit.

Deselect. Close all other layers. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Leaf2.
New Layer. Call it Leaf3. Selections, Load from disk,
leaf3.sel.
Flood Fill with color #425805. New Layer. Make some lines with color #5C7B09 and
Airbrush1.

Retouch Tool, Smudge. The same settings as before and smudge the lines a bit.

Deselect. Close all other layers. Layers, Merge, Merge Visible. Call it Leaf3.
Close Layer Flower and Dots. Layers, Merge,
Merge Visible to the rest. Call it Leaves.
Now you are Done.

I suggest that you don't Merge the Layers
until later, when you will use them in another Image.
If you don't Merge, you can change color of the flower by using Color, Colorize
or Color, Adjust, Red/Green/Blue
and the leaves will still stay green. See my picture below.
